If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@taylorandwolfe.com and we will rectify this right away!  

We're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 USD! For orders under $150 shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

Your order will ship with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative. We may ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please email info@taylorandwolfe.com

Items may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receiving your items. Items must be in their original condition; i.e., unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks and makeup stains, free of animal hair, perfume and deodorants or other scents, with tags still attached (if applicable).
 
Once we receive your item(s), they will be inspected and processed within 1-2 business days.  

Items received after 30 days will receive store credit. 

We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
